What’s been happening:

Since graduation, I worked for IBM as a Consultant for 4 years and now I work for a company called MyGreenCottage. MyGreenCottage is the first national green building company. We are set up as a one-stop shop for our customers and clients around greening of their homes, businesses and communities. This includes things such as architects, design services, construction services and eco-conscious material sales. I absolutely love that my work contributes to the planet and the betterment of society and people's lives. I am committed to socially conscious business principles and work diligently to bring my values into my career on a daily basis. I feel that we have lost our way economically and the key to success is providing the marketplace and society with products and services that bring us closer as people and as a planet-not only locally, but globally. This is not an easy task, but I am honored to work for a company where business success is congruent with stewardship for the planet. I live in Washington, DC with my two cats-Gusbarr and Pumpkin. My interests include meditation, art, animal rescue and food! I make it back to Penn State from time to time and I am very involved with the College of Information Sciences and Technology.
